About Eiderdown
Based in Mosgiel New Zealand, Eiderdown is committed to providing a range of premium New Zealand made Duvets, Pillows & Wool Mattress Toppers made using premium raw materials chosen to create the most luxurious bedding. We also have a small number of products made overseas that we simply cannot make locally in New Zealand. These have been designed by us and are held to the same high standard of workmanship and quality.
We match these products with a level of customer service that can’t be matched. From helping with selecting the right product, through to working with you after purchase if the product isn’t quite right to help make it right for you.

Glenn - Operations Director
With over 30 years experience in the textile Industry, Glenn plays a key role in product development for our range and is constantly keeping up with the latest technology to ensure our products are of the highest standard possible. He also makes sure everything within the factory is running smoothly, especially the machinery.
Lucas - Sales Director
With nearly 10 years in the bedding industry, Lucas runs the website to make sure it is running smoothly as well as other integrations around the company. He is responsible for the Customer Service and is usually the first point of contact for customers, more than willing to help with choosing the right product or guide them through the buying process.
Fiona - Factory Manager
Fiona has been manufacturing bedding for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience with producing our premium products. Not only does she work closely with her team making the products, she also plays a part in their development to ensure we maintain a high standard of product.
